Professional Profile for Gregory J. Carper
Gregory J. Carper was licensed as an Attorney and Counselor at Law by The State Bar of
California in 2008. His legal practice focuses on the areas of estate planning, estate and trust
administration, and litigation. His goal is to provide “Professional Service with a Personal

Gregory earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Monterey College of Law. Prior to

Most recently, Gregory has been accepted to the Master of Laws program at the University of
London where he will work toward an advanced legal degree in Equity and Trusts.
Before entering the legal profession, Gregory worked as the Director of Children’s Ministry at
Carmel Presbyterian Church where he was employed for ten-and-a-half years. He also served
as a soldier in the United States Army and was honorably discharged with a service-related
disability. Through these years of experience, Gregory learned the importance of hard work and
selfless service; and these virtues will characterize every aspect of his work on your behalf.
Gregory has been happily married to his wife, Renée, for 13 years. They have two cats, Socks
and Cuddles, former feral kittens who have adapted well to their ten-year captivity. They live in
Carmel-by-the-Sea where Gregory serves as a member of the city’s Historic Resources Board.
