Eric N. Holk is a licensed California attorney with more than 20 years of experience. His practice concentrates on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and related areas, and Eric is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law through the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Our support resources include in-house paralegal and notary services for clients as well as a network of contacts with personal service professionals around the Monterey peninsula.

California attorneys who are certified as specialists by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization must take and pass a written examination in their specialty field, demonstrate a high level of experience in the specialty field, fulfill ongoing education requirements and receive favorable evaluations by other attorneys and judges familiar with their work. Only these attorneys can advertise or identify themselves as "certified" specialists in California.
